A crewmember at work

Your health and safety is our top priority

CT Consultants recognizes that entering your home to perform any type of review or work at any time is an inconvenience and potential cause for concern. With the current COVID-19 circumstances, CT understands and respects the elevated level of concern many homeowners may have. We want to emphasize that the health and safety of each homeowner is our top priority during this review process.

All reviews will be performed in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Ohio Department of Health. Below are the specific protocols that our field crewmembers will follow during each review.

Extra precautions for COVID-19

If any resident has signs or symptoms of COVID-19 or has a confirmed case of the virus, it is asked they alert CT. If this occurs prior to their review, it can be delayed. Their review in this case will not take place for a minimum of 14 days or until each member of the household is confirmed to not have the virus in their system through testing. If this occurs after their review, it will help protect the team and other residents with pending reviews.

These policies and procedures will be reviewed on a regular basis to meet all necessary requirements from guiding health and safety agencies in regards to COVID-19. Any additional concerns or consideration for residents who may be at higher risk can be addressed through the project engineer, Tim McLaughlin.
